Jen Lucescu is a guide through thresholds - where what no longer serves is gently unraveled so that something truer can emerge. As a trauma-informed Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist, Herbalist, Medical Qigong Therapist, Tea Ceremonialist, movement-lover and mother, Jen weaves ancient wisdom with modern insight to support deep, embodied transformation.
Her work is devoted to rekindling the light that lives beneath exhaustion, grief, and disconnection. She creates spaces where the nervous system softens, energy reorganizes, and life force remembers how to move again. With grounded grace and a spark of mischief, Jen helps people shed old skins, reclaim vitality, and step into a more honest and resilient way of being.
She has been immersed in the worlds of meditation, movement, and wellness for nearly 30 years. Her passions weave through Tantra, Dance, Ceremony, Community-building, Astrology, Photography, Writing, Beekeeping, Transformational Festivals, and personal explorations in Consent, Communication, and Boundaries.
Jen works 1:1 in person and online, facilitates group journeys, and hosts intimate retreats on her conservation forest land in the Mono Cliffs of Ontario. Her purpose is simple and radical: to help us evolve - individually and collectively - by clearing what blocks the light and making space for what wants to be born. If you’re standing at an edge, feeling the call for change, you’re warmly welcome here.
